An Italian exclusive: the French treasures of the

Danish Ordrupgaard Museum at the Palazzo Zabarella

Paintings, or more correctly masterpieces, by Cézanne, Degas, Gauguin, Manet, Monet, Berthe Morisot, Renoir and Matisse will be on display as part of the Gauguin and the Impressionists. Masterpieces from the Ordrupgaard Collection exhibition at the Palazzo Zabarella from 29 September 2018 to 27 January 2019.

The Fondazione Bano is the only Italian museum among the four major institutions chosen to play host to the famous Danish collection, which is currently travelling while the museum at its home in Copenhagen undergoes a complete renovation. In recent months, the Gauguin and the Impressionists exhibition has been on display at the National Gallery of Canada, moving on to Italy, to the Palazzo Zabarella, and then finishing in Switzerland before making its final return to the Ordrupgaard Museum to the north of Copenhagen.
